We truly work with you on building the Courage and Confidence required to successfully navigate the corporate realities we all face.
Honest Conversations Workshop
We have all been there before. We are in a meeting at work or dealing with a sticky situation; we wanted to say something, but for some reason, we did not open our mouth in that moment. Modeled after my first TED talk, this interactive workshop will guide you through the process of how to construct and deliver these critical conversations AND give you the courage and confidence to speak up in that moment. This will be an interactive workshop, where we will be collaborating with our peers, sharing, and supporting each other through the process.
Have you taken the time to dive deep and identify your personal values? Values are your beliefs in what is important to you and should steer the way you live and work. When we know our values, they (should) determine your priorities and assist in decision making when it comes to both your personal and professional life. Through this interactive workshop, we will run through a series of exercises to explore and identify our top values, and then put a plan in place on how we fully honor our values both personally and professionally.
Giving Feedback Workshop
How many times have you been in a situation and you just want to give someone some open and honest feedback but bite your tongue? Typically, we struggle to give feedback, because either we don’t know how to do it in an effective and constructive way, or we aren’t in a position of authority which allows us to provide this type of feedback. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to deliver honest, open, and impactful feedback regardless of your role or position at work.
Receiving Feedback Workshop
Feedback can be a tough thing to handle, and a lot of times we do not appreciate the gift that it is because it can be tough to hear (whether it is positive or negative). In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to openly receive feedback (even if it is not delivered well) and what to do with it so it helps you grow personally and professionally. You will even learn to love receiving feedback to the point where you openly ask and welcome it!
Changing Culture Workshop
You know the pre-meeting to prep for the meeting? How about the watering down of the tough topics as the message goes up the chain? Don’t forget the water cooler conversations which happen AFTER the meetings. In this fun interactive workshop, we will build commonality in what we all experience at work, why these “activities” happen, and what YOU can do about them to start to make a change at work.
